7. My child is a foreigner with a long-term visit pass. Will Kidz Meadow assist with the Student Pass application?
Step 1: Centre’s Submission
The centre will assist with the initial submission of your child's details based on the information reflected in the child's passport or birth certificate via the ICA Student's Pass Online Application and Registration (SOLAR+) system.
To facilitate the application, parents will need to provide the following information:
- For parents holding work passes: FIN number
- For parents holding visit passes: Passport number
After the submission is completed, the centre will save the acknowledgement slip generated by the system and share it with the parents. This acknowledgement slip contains information required for the subsequent stages of the application.

Parents will receive an email with instructions to submit their child's vaccination records through the Communicable Diseases Agency (CDA): https://form.gov.sg/67f4ef042681df214341afb9.
Parents will then need to complete the remaining Student Pass application requirements through the ICA portal according to the instructions provided in the acknowledgement slip. This includes:
- Entering and verifying the child's details: Student’s Pass Application Number, Full Name, Gender, Nationality/Citizenship and Date of Birth
- Uploading a recent passport-sized photograph

Step 3: Application Status
Both the centre and parents should check the application status periodically through the relevant portal.
Once the Student Pass application has been approved and the approval letter or email has been received, the centre may proceed with the child's enrolment.
Note: Children holding a Dependant's Pass (DP) or Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) generally do not require a Student Pass. Parents are encouraged to verify the latest requirements with ICA https://www.ica.gov.sg/reside/STP/apply before applying.

- Parents may stay with their infant throughout the session if needed.
- However, we generally encourage parents to leave their infant in our care and return for pick-up before nap time#.
Day 3
- Parents may choose to stay if their infant is experiencing separation anxiety or having difficulty settling.
- If the infant is adapting well, parents are encouraged to drop off their infant and return for pick-up before nap time#.
#Nap time is between 12.00 pm and 12.30 pm.
After the Initial Settling-In Period
Thereafter, the duration of your infant’s stay will depend on how well he or she is adapting to the centre environment.
