About Us

Our Story

True to Kidz Meadow's tagline “where fun and creative learning begins”, we believe that learning through creative play and discovery will develop language, cognitive and social skills in children, in preparation for lifelong learning.

Kidz Meadow Childcare & Development Centre has been providing quality education to preschoolers since 1999. Today, we have established eleven childcare centres, offering both infant and childcare services. Kidz Meadow was incorporated as a public company limited by guarantee on 29 April 2021 and has been registered as a charity under the Charities Act on 15 October 2021.

Kidz Meadow is one of the appointed Partner Operators (POP) by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) and has also been awarded the SPARK Certification from ECDA. This signifies our long term commitment towards providing quality programmes for our children and supporting our educators with continuous professional training and development.

Our Teachers

Kidz Meadow's early childhood educators are passionate and committed to empowering our children to be active learners and socially responsible individuals.

Kidz Meadow develops a comprehensive training plan to equip the teachers with the knowledge, skills and competency to be at their optimum performance level.

We encourage our educators to take ownership of their own professional development. Training needs are identified in close partnership and collaboration with them through annual appraisal, scheduled classroom observations and observations during centre leaders' daily walkabout and regular dialogue sessions with the staff.

Besides attending external courses and training programmes, our teachers also attend in-house training organised or conducted by our Quality Assurance and Product Development team to ensure quality in delivering the lessons.

All our teachers meet the qualifications and requirements set by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

Educators play a pivotal role in the children's lives. We honour and celebrate their hard work and dedication at the annual Staff Appreciation Day as well as ad hoc Staff Welfare events and gatherings.
